Eddie Napleton

Eddie Napleton is an avid golfer and sports fan, has grown up in the auto industry similar to his father Edward F Napleton. He does his best to leverage his knowledge of technology, the values that have been instilled in him, dating all the way back to Edward W. Napleton in 1931 and lastly his vast experience in the automotive industry. The Napleton Auto Group is constantly looking for new ways to improve the shopping experience of it’s customers and Eddie Napleton is a hybrid of somebody that completely understands the car industry but was also raised in a time when technology is used for everything. He understands that times have changed and he uses his knowledge of the car industry to help adjust and stay ahead of the competition with tools to make a customers journey much easier and faster.

Eddie Napleton is a fourth generation car dealer following his father Edward F Napleton’s, lead, 3rd generation car dealer of Napleton Automotive. Both Edward and Eddie have worked in most positions within the industry, to ensure an understanding from their employees and customers point of view. Eddie has made many friends and learned invaluable knowledge, after working his way up through the ranks. Just like his father, Eddie has a great work ethic only surpassed by his dedication to his role within the organization.

Eddie Napleton – education

After high school at Fenwick High, Eddie attended college at Spring Hill in Mobile, AL. While attending college at Spring Hill, he would come home for the summers to work at Elmhurst Oldsmobile selling cars. Since he was a kid, he had the desire to gain as much knowledge as possible. When the opportunity came up to study in Rome through Loyola University, he jumped on it. He wasn’t done there, after returning home he went to car school at the Nada Academy. This let him get fresh ideas and knowledge for the family business. Once he gained this valuable knowledge in the automotive industry, Eddie started working his way up in the Group. Eddie Napleton has worked in the West Palm Beach area as well as different stores in the Chicagoland area. Moving from West Palm Beach to Chicago, Eddie Napleton, his wife Jami and their children love both areas, but feel like Chicago is home. With an education and knowledge handed down from his father; Eddie was able to excel in the many different positions he has held in Automotive.

Eddie’s wife Jami Napleton has had a passion for teaching her whole life. She is a second grade teacher at Old St Pats for 12 years. They married at The Drake and Holy Name in Chicago. Eddie and Jami moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 2015. While Eddie was in the West Palm Beach area, his wife Jami Napleton Taught at Seacrest Country Day School. Jami attended High School at Lake Forest High School. Eddie and Jami Napleton have three sons.
