Angel Maldonado Named New General Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester

Southeastern Minnesota’s most well-respected GM joins the Ed Napleton Automotive Group to create a positive culture that centers around the customer

Rochester, Minn. — Jan. 29, 2020 — The Ed Napleton Automotive Group has named Angel Maldonado as the new General Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester, the only Mercedes dealership in Southeastern Minnesota.

With 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, Maldonado has a sterling reputation and an unwavering commitment to both customers and employees. He has established himself as one of Minnesota’s most revered GM’s and has great plans for the future of Mercedes-Benz of Rochester.

Maldonado comes from Morrie’s Automotive Group where he spent four years as the General Manager at Mercedes-Benz of St. Paul and Morrie’s Luxury Auto. He brings over 25 years of experience in the luxury automotive space and has a keen understanding of what customers are looking for when shopping for a German-engineered luxury vehicle like a Mercedes. Taking this experience to the Napleton-owned Mercedes dealership is an ideal pairing since both parties employ the same philosophy.

Originally from the Bronx, Maldonado has been in Minnesota for 28 years now. He attended the Ivy League’s Dartmouth College, and takes a breadth of experience and knowledge to Mercedes-Benz of Rochester.
